Leviticus is one of the least understood books of the Bible, and one of the most important books. All the rest of the Bible assumes the institutions, rituals, and theology developed in Leviticus. It is the Bible’s primary text about sacrifice, sanctuary, holiness, and purity. It informs our understanding of sin, redemption through the cross, communion with God, and our future inheritance of glory.
In this course, James Jordan will work through the book of Leviticus, explaining it in historical and canonical context, and showing how it applies practically to the church’s life and worship.
