ESSAY
Bogumil Jarmulak

Though Bogumil Jarmulak was not able to deliver his lectures on Jurgen Moltmann due to flight delays, he preached at Trinity Presbyterian Church on Sunday morning, June 14. He encouraged the church in how to deal with misery in this life, and pointed them to their only hope in life and death, Jesus Christ and his care for them.

After the church shared a meal together, Jarmulak gave an update on the state of the church in Europe and in Poland. He noted that he and many others are very excited about the teaching of James B. Jordan and Peter Leithart.

“We are very pleased to work with the Theopolis Institute, since Peter Leithart came to Kiev a few years ago and taught on Shakespeare and the Bible,” he said. “James Jordan was also able to come over and teach us this year. I think it is very important for people like this to come over and engage others. Jordan talked about how Christianity is not only about believing the Bible and loving Jesus, but Christianity is really all comprehending.”

Theopolis Institute is proud to serve alongside men like Bogumil for the good of the church and the world. To hear his sermon at Trinity Presbyterian, click here.

Bogumil Jarmulak is the Presiding Minister of the Anselm Presbytery of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches.
